Copy of inviter's Residence Card (Zairyū Kādo)
Proof of income (e.g. 1 year bank statement)
Proof of accommodation (e.g. apartment lease agreement copy)
Employment Certificate (if inviter is on working visa) OR School Enrollment Certificate (if on student visa)

Your inviter handles the CoE application in Japan.
The Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) is essential for your Visa
